Olie 'The Mastermind' Spring
Is
a wrestling fanatic, and a creative genius. He started watching
wrestling at an early age, just as the attitude era was hitting it’s
stride, but with a lack of availability on the airwaves, he dropped
out of the loop for a number of years before surfacing with the
discovery of TNA on ChallengeTV. The Mastermind keeps up to date with
WWE & hasn’t missed an episode of TNA Impact since 2010.
Recently, after commentating on a few local shows, he has worked
closely with a number of up and coming stars, helping them to brand
themselves, name and innovate moves, and revolutionise their entrance
music.
Inside the ring, he looks up to the masters of in-ring psychology, like Mick Foley, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart; but outside of the squared circle, innovators like Paul Heyman are who he idolises and aims to emulate.

Kyle 'The Killer' Brand
The 'Killer' comes from an intense background working in the radio industry for many stations including hospital, community, online, commercial and national stations. He grew up watching WCW every Friday night and fell in love with the 'Franchise', 'Icon' & 'Vigilante' Sting. Kyle appreciated what Sting stood for when it came to the NWO: a single man who stood up against thugs. However, the dream was shattered when Kyle's sister told him it was not real men fighting.
The Killer's professional wrestling career was cut short by his mother, who felt he was too old to hit his peers round the head with a computer chair. At the time there was outrage; what did The Killer's mother know about creativity and talent, right? The Killer believed he could have been the next Undertaker, Kane, Bray Wyatt or indeed Al Snow.
Throughout his radio career Kyle didn't watch wrestling but followed the goings on through reports and news online. However, whilst being a presenter in Milton Keynes he befriended a co-presenter who bullied him into watching a few episodes of TNA and at that point Kyle's fire for wrestling was once again roaring.

Luke 'Luke-O-Mac' Oxtoby
As an avid wrestling fan Luke has the passion to talk for hours on the wrestling industry. Usually talking the ears off his colleges at work about the latest pay per view or goings on in the wrestling world.
It was this passion that made Luke contact The Mastermind Olie Spring to help get involved in the figure4radio podcasts.
Growing up watching WWE with his older brother they would act out the wrestling they saw in the living room using the sofa cushions as a ring. Often receiving an electric chair drop on to a mattress. Idolising the likes of the Macho Man Randy Savage in the early years, and The Rock and Cm Punk in recent years, Luke enjoys the technical wrestlers as well as the over the top characters. Just don't mention the show off.

Alice 'The Boss' Brand
The Boss is the wife of The Killer, known to their friends and colleagues as The Killer-Bosses. Alice grew up watching WWE with her brothers and ultimately ignored the advice of "not trying this at home". The Boss is a fan of the Undertaker and Kurt Angle (mainly because those are the ones she recognises) and naturally the Total Divas. Seen at events supporting the crew with filming the events and supporting the commentary booth, The Boss has an alter ego which is also known as the Doctor.
Kayleigh 'The Phantom' Southern
Not Much is known about Phantom. She is usually lurking in the darkness. There is a rumour around the office she was on board the Titanic; she was the midwife at Hulk Hogans birth and most absurd of all, that she is the girlfriend of Olie Spring.
